Turmeric Tea has become one of my favorite night time rituals. I recently went on an anti inflammation diet. One of the first phases included a limited set of approved ingredients which included Turmeric something I had not previously used. Doing a little research, I found this tea recipe which I adore. It is especially good in the evenings as it is caffeine free & offers a little sweetness thanks to the addition of ginger & honey. The combination of these ingredients is tasty, soothing & help fight inflammation making it a great cold buster or pick me up. The beautiful golden color is enough to make anyone feel better.
Check it out below, or try my favorite from rishi. who makes a fabulous ready made version in bags or loose tea. I hope you enjoy! xo b
